This Privacy Policy is intended to clarify what we specifically do not do — because NỌX’s architecture has no data collection, processing, storage, or transmission mechanisms.

• We do not set cookies, except for technically essential ones (if any)
• We do not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or advertising technologies
• We do not track your behavior, location, device, IP address, or create user profiles

• We have no data to share
• We do not cooperate with advertising, analytics, or government agencies
• We do not sell or transmit data — because we possess no user information

NỌX does not require registration, login, account creation, or authorization.
No account — no link — no way to associate user actions with a person.

• Works locally and autonomously
• Does not connect to external servers without your explicit action
• Uses end-to-end encryption and non-retentive transmission
• Has no remote control or access mechanisms
• Does not store history, messages, or keys on third-party devices

❗ Exceptions (theoretical)

• If you voluntarily and manually send an email, comment, or feedback via the website or email — only then will we see what you chose to send
• If a third-party server is used to load content (e.g. images), a technical trace may be left on that server’s side — we do not control this

Although we do not process personal data, we fully support everyone’s basic rights:
